Cassandra Kroush, MA, LPC

Cassandra Kroush believes that success is defined by the level of happiness and fulfillment one feels in life. She has a passion for helping people cultivate happiness in their lives despite adverse experiences they have endured. Cassandra approaches therapy from a cognitive-behavioral perspective and helps clients to outline specific goals which they believe will lead them to greater happiness. In working with children Cassandra has learned that attachment based issues are at the heart of nearly every behavioral issue that clients present with. Cassandra believes change can occur within the clients she serves by focusing on bonds and attachments with others while providing a safe place for children to express their emotions
