Are you a new mom who is struggling to manage life responsibilities and expectations? Do you find that your new bundle of joy is overwhelming, or the addition of another child to your family is full of anxiety? Do you believe you may be experiencing postpartum depression? Are these changes affecting your relationships or marriage?  Together, we can navigate these challenges, and find the right balance to restore your desired joy and fulfillment.

If you believe that may be experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety, or your doctor has mentioned this to you, Cassie is available to help you find your balance and happiness again.  You do not have to walk this path alone.

Cassie believes that success is defined by the level of fulfillment one feels in life. She has a passion for helping people cultivate happiness in their lives despite any adverse experiences they have endured.  Cassie utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and helps clients to outline specific goals which they believe will lead them to greater happiness. In working with children and adults, Cassie has learned that attachment based issues are at the heart of nearly every behavioral and emotional issue that clients present with. Cassie believes change can occur within the clients she serves by focusing on bonds and attachments with others while working to uncover the underlying beliefs which guide and hinder them as they move throughout their lives.

Cassie received her Master’s Degree in Counseling from UMKC. Cassie has experience working with children, individuals, couples and families, and is a trauma informed clinician.

Cassie practices at our Lenexa Location only, where she works with women, adolescents and couples.
