Are you experiencing emotional pain that is difficult to handle? Are you finding yourself noticing a loss of enjoyment, energy or attention? Oftentimes, people feel pain in response to a situation or even that has overwhelmed them, and seeking support from a qualified professional is a brave first step!  Katherine enjoys helping children, teens and adults learn how to cope with family changes, life transitions, loss and work and life stressors.  To meet the individual needs of each person, she empowers them to gain self-awareness of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.  Together we identify their personal strengths, practice mindfulness, and develop coping strategies that can be utilized daily.  She is passionate about helping people find their way back to healing and wellness.
