Meredith completed her graduate internship in an inpatient crisis center, working with clients with depression, bipolar disorder, suicidal thoughts and substance abuse issues. After graduation, Meredith worked with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of clinical settings including community mental health centers and outpatient substance abuse treatment centers.
Meredith approaches therapy from a cognitive-behavioral perspective as she assists clients in gaining the necessary tools to use their own personal strengths to identify goals. She encourages and empowers them to take charge of their own thoughts, feelings and behaviors in order to achieve personal growth. Meredith values the therapy process and enjoys partnering with individuals as they pursue lasting change in their life.
