Scott practices from a person-centered approach, is trauma informed with specific training in Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). He is passionate about meeting you right where you are and giving you the opportunity to process your experiences, feel valued and learn new skills to handle challenging situations and discover your internal strengths.
