Life is difficult.  Life is filled with pain, conflict and heartache.  Relationships are hard.  When our lives feel broken, it may seem as though the challenges you face are difficult to overcome.  Engaging in therapy can provide healing and help you to discover practical insights into what is causing you pain.  Anthony is a couples therapist who provides couples therapy and family therapy.   He also works with first responders and their family, in addition to adults overcoming anxiety and depression.

You may be afraid that what you are going through has lasted too long, and that there is no hope.  You may be fearful that your partner may not want to improve your relationship.  You may lack motivation for help, or believe that no one will understand.  Anthony gives practical applications, and illustrations, to help you look into your world and identify with your strengths and abilities, and bring them to life with new thoughts, emotional responses and resulting behaviors. His goal is to partner with you to reach your goals and possess the emotional skills to navigate hard things in life.
