You may have tried many different things to overcome, but nothing has worked and you fear that things will stay the same. You have decided to take the brave step of reaching out for counseling, and Kasey is here to help. Kasey believes that all individuals have what it takes to find hope and encouragement in the challenges they are facing. She enjoys partnering with her clients to find their inner strengths and the courage to change. Kasey is a compassionate, non-judgmental listener who enjoys working with women and teens, and specializes in helping new parents overcome postpartum anxiety and depression.
Kasey practices from a person-centered, strengths based approach, implementing various skills and interventions from evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gottman Method. She individualizes each individual’s treatment goals to match their experiences and wishes, which helps develop confidence and the peace and balance her client’s are seeking.
Education, Training and Certifications
Kasey received her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Mid-America Nazarene University. She has completed Gottman Level One for her approach to couple’s counseling. She is currently pursuing certification in Postpartum Anxiety and Depression.
