Natalie Grady, MS, LPC, RPT, NCC
Trauma Competent Child and Family Therapist, EMDR Trained, Registered Play Therapist
When children or teens experience struggles in their lives, it can be hard for parents or caregivers to know how to help them. Conflicting advice, fear of getting it “wrong,” and the demands of everyday busy lives can complicate issues even further. Natalie is here to help!
Natalie approaches therapy from a trauma competent attachment perspective—she believes the child’s relationship with their caregiver is the most influential factor in their long-term growth and healing. She loves partnering with families to reach their goals and to help them understand each other (and themselves!) more fully. Therapy sessions with Natalie might focus on creating new thought or behavior patterns, helping a client make sense of their world, or working with parents to improve dynamics within the family. Her calm, kind demeanor supports playful interactions that meet kids and their caregivers right where they are. Natalie works with clients from birth to age 21.
