Nicolette provides a warm and accepting environment, with unconditional understanding, for you to build a foundation that encourages change and empowers your success.
Nicolette approaches therapy with adolescents and adults with compassion and care from a client centered approach, paying close attention to the hidden factors that may be influencing your challenges. Her honesty and directness, partnered with this holistic, integrative approach, supports the whole person empowering lasting change, while learning the coping skills that work best for each client. She is passionate about holding space for each client, meeting them right where they are, and individualizing their goals to meet their specific needs. She utilizes a Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to build resiliency and self-care, while achieving treatment goals.

During your work with Nicolette, you will uncover all of the working parts of your experiences, and learn ways to manage your emotions and behaviors that best reflect you. She is your partner in self-reflection, understanding how irrational thoughts and beliefs or fears influence your view of your world, and how to find the change you want. Change starts with you, and having a warm and compassionate licensed professional believe in you and partner with you starts this new chapter in your life.
Education and Trainings
Nicolette earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Missouri Western State University, and a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Nebraska in Omaha with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health.
