Sometimes handling life challenges alone can become too overwhelming. Sabra is passionate about partnering with clients to help them find peace within their struggles and discover a stronger sense of self. She finds joy in hearing her client’s stories and being a part of their journey towards a more authentic, integrated, and congruent version of themselves. Sabra continues to be a strong advocate for mental health, which shows in her work with her clients.
Counseling Approach
Sabra enjoys working with individuals uncover a stronger, healthier version of themselves by employing a client-centered, strength-based approach with her clients. She also comes from a family systems perspective, so can work with the family unit to support growth of individuals and the family as a whole. Sabra believes the biggest conflict standing in the way of change is the belief that you cannot change, or do not know how to change. She is ready to partner with you on your journey to find your strengths as an individual and within your family unit to overcome these challenges.
Education and Training
Sabra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Missouri State University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University with an emphasis in Marriage, Couple, & Family Counseling.
