Everyone has a unique story that needs to be heard and explored. Maybe your story is hard and confusing leading you to feel overwhelmed. Terra provides a warm and non-judgmental space for her clients to freely express and explore their experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of self and learn strategies to feel better equipped to handle the challenges they face every day. She believes that the healing journey leads to resiliency when the counselor genuinely listens and understands the client’s story, supporting the client to find their inner strengths to overcome their challenges and live authentically.

Terra enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults who experience anxiety, grief or loss, trauma and neurodiversity. She implements various techniques to help her clients learn effective coping skills, manage big emotions and discover alternative behaviors that represent themselves with authenticity.

Therapeutic Approach

Terra’s therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that each individual possesses an innate capacity for growth, healing, and self-understanding. Drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, she strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and empathetic space where clients feel deeply heard, seen, and accepted just as they are.

She integrates principles of Experiential Therapy to help clients connect more fully with their emotions, bodily sensations, and internal experiences in the present moment. Terra support clients in exploring their inner world through creative, somatic, and emotionally focused processes that go beyond traditional talk therapy. By engaging the whole self, clients can uncover and resolve deeper emotional blocks, access new insights, and move toward more authentic and empowered ways of being.
