Our Administrative Team is comprised of our President & CEO, Practice Manager, Billing Coordinator, Community Coordinator, Group Coordinator, Website Coordinator, Client Care Team, and Clinical Site Directors.

• Practice Manager supports our administrative staff with best practices and training and handles all medical records requests.
• Billing Coordinator helps ensure that your financial experience is as seamless as possible. You may hear from her to update your billing preferences or to help navigate the complex insurance maze.
• Community Coordinator connects Embark to the community through social media engagement and local outreach events.
• Group Coordinator supports counselors in establishing and managing Embark’s group therapy services.
• Website Coordinator helps keep Embark’s website up-to-date and improve our web presence so clients and community members can easily gain information and connect with our services.
