Our Administrative Team is comprised of our President & CEO, Operations Director, Clinical Director, Client Care Director, Client Care Team, and Clinical Site Directors.
- Operations Director oversees our administrative staff and billing and insurance team with best practices, training and compliance of policies and procedures.
- Clinical Director provides guidance for values-based care and compliance with policies and procedures for the delivery of our clinical services.
- Billing Team helps ensure that your financial experience is as seamless as possible. You may hear from her to update your billing preferences or to help navigate the complex insurance maze. They can be reached at billingandinsurance@embark-counseling.com.
- Client Care Director and Team oversees the onboarding process for your therapeutic experience. They are the first point of contact, until your first intake appointment with your provider.
- Clinical Site Directors support the providers and the oversight of each of our sites in the Northland, St. Joseph and JOCO.
