Girls Self-Esteem Support Group

Middle schools face many changes during these years, including confidence and low self-esteem! Entering middle school can be anxiety provoking, but also exciting! The new social demands with friendships and desired freedoms create feelings of overwhelm, self-doubt and oftentimes irritability. Finding the right supports for your middle school daughter during this time can ease the tension and provide the right balance of connection and self exploration to help them enter this stage of their lives with grace.
