Middle schools face many changes during these years, including confidence and low self-esteem! Entering middle school can be anxiety provoking, but also exciting! The new social demands with friendships and desired freedoms create feelings of overwhelm, self-doubt and oftentimes irritability. Finding the right supports for your middle school daughter during this time can ease the tension and provide the right balance of connection and self exploration to help them enter this stage of their lives with grace.
This girls self-esteem support group will provide teen girls with a safe space to discuss academic pressure, identity development, social comparison, family dynamics, and mental health. This group aims to reduce isolation, increase emotional awareness, and promote healthy communication through peer support.
This is an open bi-weekly group for girls who are entering or enrolled in middle school, and will be ongoing throughout the fall semester. Space will be limited, so be sure to secure your child’s enrollment by contacting our Client Care Team to enroll today!
