At Embark, we value our employees. Our employees value our professional atmosphere and supportive environment in all of our offices. Some of the benefits include:
And, did we mention that our employees embody camaraderie, cohesion and professionalism? Many employees have referred to our company as a “person-centered” environment, allowing for individuality, professional expertise and growth that fits themselves as a clinician. And, many of our employees stay because they have cultivated alongside us our amazing culture.
Won’t you join us?!

We are always looking for amazing professionals to join our team. As a family systems practice, we employ clinicians who work with every member of the family, and who are dedicated to evidence-based trauma informed approaches. We hire based on need and if the candidate is an excellent fit for for the mission, vision and values of our practice.
If your resume or CV has the skills, education and training identified that is necessary for providing clinical services, our owner will reach out to you to initiate a discovery call. From this discovery call, an interview is scheduled with our leadership team!
During this interview, we approach it from a collaborative approach, where you get to know us, our culture and our practice, just as much as we get to know you. You can ask anything you are curious about!
Our assessment phase of the hiring process includes a background check, license verification, and contacting references. This process is standard for everyone.
No matter the outcome of the interview and assessment phase, we will provide you with a decision and feedback, as we can all learn from experiences. We value you during this process, and will likely also ask you some very important questions for feedback about us and our process.
Just like with the assessment phase, we will get back to you with our final decision, and explaining the components of the employment agreement, if it is a yes!
