Renowned for her heartfelt empathy and unwavering commitment, Nichole delves deeply into understanding the roots of her clients’ issues, and supports each client individually as they discover the best parts of themselves and find balance and peace along their journey. Therapeutic Approach

Nichole approaches her work with children, teens and adults from a client-centered, trauma-informed lens that is attachment based, and will include techniques from CBT, and Family Systems. She also utilizes play based techniques with children and families. Nichole is a warm and empathetic person, which makes her approachable and easy to talk to. She creates a safe space where you can heal from your pain and become the best version of yourself, and overcome what holds you back. Nichole will support you by teaching you healthy coping strategies to help you live a happier and more fulfilled life. In her couples work, Nichole pays specific attention to the variable dynamics at play, and focuses on the relationship for authentic communication and improved relationship dynamics.

Education & Training

Nichole received her Master’s degree in Counseling from Mid America Nazarene University. Throughout her education and training, she has developed a strong sense of developing a warm and empathic relationship with her clients, and embraces challenge and continuous learning.
