Individual Counseling
Teens & Adults
Life can be hard. Anxiety and depression is hard to navigate. You may need a companion as you navigate the difficulties you are facing in life. You likely need a trusting and compassionate professional to help guide you through the confusion, fear and worry that these difficulties bring. Phillip provides individual counseling, collaborating with his clients in finding ways to overcome what causes distress, and empowers his clients for continued growth. He believes everyone deserves to be given an opportunity to change and transform, and this can be done by looking at life from a multifaceted lens including family, work, community, and spirituality. Taking this deeper dive helps overcome relationship difficulties and improve communication, and overall satisfaction in life.
Therapeutic Approach
Phillip enjoys working with teens and adults, and their families on their path to overcoming anxiety and depression and distress resulting from relationships. He comes from a trauma informed client-centered approach that allows for clients and families to create new processes and support healthy behaviors and interactions. Phillip’s clients ultimately strengthen their core values, leading to more fulfilled purpose in life.
