Even if you can’t see it right now, Sarah believes in your strength. She wants to help you find your courage and build your confidence to face whatever prevents you from living the life you want and achieving your personal goals. If you are ready to start your counseling journey toward improving your life, Sarah is here to provide the support you need.

Sarah is an experienced counseling intern at our Northland office, where she offers affordable individual counseling for teens and adults. She enjoys working with teens and adults with a wide range of concerns and has a special interest in supporting those who experience anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD.

Therapeutic Approach

Sarah’s therapeutic approach draws from person-centered therapy, allowing clients to take the lead as she supports them in reaching their goals and seeing their inherent drive and capacity for growth and healing. Through various evidence-based strategies and techniques, she helps her clients build their confidence and discover the unique strengths and qualities they share with the world. Sarah meets all her clients with grace, compassion, and unconditional acceptance, creating a comfortable space for them to open up and share their stories. She offers patience and perspective to help her clients explore and understand themselves. 

Education & Training

Sarah is currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern Online. She is clinically supervised by Teresa Paterson Bartch, LPC, LCPC, RPT-S™ and works at our Northland location.
