Telehealth Counseling

Sometimes, life can feel stressful and hard to handle. You may be feeling overwhelmed by waves of difficult emotions—from fear and worry to profound sadness and depression—or just numb, disconnected from yourself and the world around you. These experiences can make it difficult to get through daily life and make us feel powerless to improve things. Although it may be hard to see, there is hope, and there is help. Tiffany wants you to know that you have the strength and courage to face these challenges and live the life you want. She is here to deeply listen to your story, understand your struggles, and partner with you on your healing journey.

Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides telehealth counseling support to teens and young adults, couples, and families. Tiffany works with teens and young adults struggling with various challenges and experiences, from anxiety and stress to depression or self-confidence struggles. She also enjoys counseling couples and families, helping them to heal and repair their relationships.

Therapeutic Approach

Tiffany offers a space for people to feel seen, heard, and understood–a place to discover the courage to be vulnerable and work towards healing and change. Tiffany is an empathetic listener and supportive encourager, holding space for her clients to discover their unique strengths and potential. Using a person-centered and trauma-informed approach to counseling, she helps people understand themselves better and reframe their thinking in a way that encourages a vision for their future filled with hope and growth. Additionally, her counseling work is influenced by Brené Brown’s research on shame and shame resilience.

Education & Training

Tiffany graduated from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, MO, with a Master of Education in Secondary Counseling and an Education Specialist Degree in Clinical Mental Health. She is also currently completing an intensive trauma treatment course with Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, MD called The Body Keeps the Score – Trauma Healing.
