Group therapy’s effectiveness lies in its ability to help you find connections with other people and their experiences. These therapist-guided sessions are designed to help you learn more about yourself and how to improve the way you feel, as well as learn from others who struggle with similar issues. The therapist’s guidance ensures that you’re not alone in your journey, and you’ll feel the support of others who understand your experience.
Group therapy improves overall well-being and does so at a lower cost than individual counseling. It’s a practical and beneficial option that enhances growth and healing, supporting your participation in individual counseling. For this reason, your individual therapist may recommend one of our groups.
Embark offers groups that are continuously running and accepting new members, as well as workshop groups that run for a short period (4 sessions/weeks) and may cover more niche or specialized topics.
See below for our current group therapy options. Contact us today to join a group!
